AOC to offer changes to CourtNet 2.0 service plans in 2019
Attorneys who subscribe to CourtNet 2.0 will have a new economy option and streamlined service plans to choose from in 2019. The Administrative Office of the Courts is pleased to announce these plan changes for CourtNet 2.0, which provides near real-time, online access to Kentucky civil and criminal cases.
Starting Jan. 1, 2019, CourtNet 2.0 will:
- Add a low-cost economy plan for users with minimal needs.
- Increase the monthly rate and case views per month for existing plans to reduce overage charges and simplify billing (compare rates below).
- Change the cost to view/download images from a sliding scale to a flat rate of .35 for all plans.
