Appeals

  • A District Court matter to Circuit Court
  • Subsequent filings into existing Circuit level (-XX-) appeals cases
  • A notice of appeal in Circuit Court to the appropriate appellate court (Court of Appeals)

Appealing a Confidential Case

In addition, you will see limited appeal filing options. eFilers will need to file an entry of appearance or other appropriate filing to be accepted by the clerk prior to that eFiler viewing information in CourtNet.
