eFiling is available for District, Circuit and Family courts in Kentucky. Cases may be initiated electronically and filers can submit documents in existing cases that were not eFiled.
Most case types are available for electronic filing, including:

- Personal Injury
- Property Damage
- Property Rights
- Foreclosure
- Appeals from Administrative Decisions
- Small Claims
Sealed documents or documents to be filed in a sealed case cannot be electronically filed.
