Juvenile actions are confidential by statute and additional security measures apply when electronically filing into these cases.

When filing into an existing confidential case, you must provide the county and case number in order to begin a filing. Case details such as full party names will not be available for the eFiler to see until after the clerk has accepted your first electronic filing.

The following juvenile case types can be electronically filed:

  • Paternity
  • Dependency
  • Neglect and Abuse
    *Emergency custody orders MUST be filed conventionally.

Adoptions

Adoption and termination of parental rights cases are confidential by statute and additional security measures apply when electronically filing into these cases.

When filing into an existing confidential case, you must provide the county and case number in order to begin a filing. Case details such as full party names will not be available for the eFiler to see until after the clerk has accepted your first electronic filing.

  • Adoptions
  • Voluntary Termination of Parental Rights
  • Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights

Only active adoption cases are available for electronic filing. Pleadings must be conventionally filed after the case is over and the case is sealed.
